TERM & CONDITIONS
SURFER GIRL FREQUENT BUYER CARD (FBC)
- FBC is Surfer Girl property.
- The registration for the FBC is carried out at any Surfer Girl Store all around Indonesia. You will receive a temporary card after completion of the registration.
- The temporary FB card can be used to obtain points.
- After your purchases have reached Rp 1.000.000, the temporary card will be replaced with a permanent FB card. The points that have been accumulated up untill then will be transferred to the permanent FB card.
- The FB card can be used each time the customer purchases at Surfer Girl.
- For each Rp 1000 spent you will obtain 100 points.
- The points can be exchanged for our exclusive Surfer Girl Brand
- The points from the purchase can be exchanged for goods only when there is sufficient points to complete the exchange.
- Points can not be exchanged for money and money can not be exchanged for points.
- You need to have minimum 100.000 points for the first Point Exchange.
- Only the Named Cardholder may exchange points for product. Photo ID proof required.
- In the incident of the loss of your permanent FB card, please contact Surfer Girl FBC Customer Care. Lost card will be replaced at fee of Rp 20.000.
- If there is no transaction in the last 14 months on your FB card, the points up until that date will be deleted.
- If the FB card is not used for a period of four years, the card will be made invalid and can not be renewed or exchanged.
